Oh My Whey is suitable for vegetarians only. However, we have our vegan-friendly version of protein - Oh My Pea Protein which is easily digested (NO bloating!)

Why do Oh My Whey and Oh My Pea Protein have a pot size of 20 servings only?
All Oh My Whey and Oh My Pea are well kept and sealed in a pot with a size of 20 servings. For orders of multiples of 20 servings, you receive the same multiple number of pots (e.g. you receive 2 pots if you order 40 servings). In this way, protein powder can be kept fresher and you only open the seal of the pot at consumption.

How can I pay for my order?
We offer a number of online payment methods which include Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal. You can choose your preferred payment method at checkout.
Are there any discounts for bulk orders?
We offer a full-year discount of 20% off for all purchases in one single order over HK$1,500. Of course we provide discounts and giveaways occasionally, so stay tuned and get your products at the best prices!
Where do you ship?
For Oh My Whey, we delivery worldwide and you can replenish your protein supplements anytime, anywhere.
For Din La Jor Clothing, we currently only deliver within Hong Kong.
How long does it take from ordering, delivering and receiving our products?
Normally, it takes 2-3 working days to prepare your order to be dispatched. Different items may be shipped separately. Depending on your delivery location, delivery days vary from 3-11 working days. In total, it usually takes 5 – 14 working days to have your order delivered and received.
Do I have to pay extra for the shipping fee?
No! We provide FREE delivery for all orders. You don’t have to worry about the shipping fee.
Returns and refunds
Can I return my goods and get my refund?
Once you confirm your order, you cannot cancel it. Please double check your order details and shipping address before you place an order. We are unable to reroute the items to you as it may incur extra fees.
However, we accept returns and refunds in the following situations.
- Damaged or faulty items
- Wrong item received
- Missing item in the delivery or item not received due to reasons other than incorrect address stated in the order
Please accept our sincere apologies if you encountered the above. We understand how bothering it can be. If you receive a different item from your order, or receive an item believed to be faulty, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and details within 14 days from the day you received the item so we can resolve this promptly for you and advise you the next steps. For item not received, you have to inform us for next steps within 21 days from the day you received a confirmation email from us that the item had been dispatched.
If you receive an email from us confirming that the item is wrong, faulty or missed, you can either choose to receive a replacement or refund for that item within 7 days. A refund usually takes 3-5 working days to be credited back to you in your chosen online payment method.
